The seller of the products that you have ordered will be identified and details of the seller will be included on the sales receipt provided to you with the delivered products. If the seller is an Independent Distributor, the Independent Distributor's orders and payment terms will govern your transaction.

If you buy from Satysham directly, whether as an Independent Distributor or a Preferred Member, or if Satyasham is the seller, then you give Us permission to charge the card (or another payment method that We accept on the Site) that you gave us for all the things you buy through the Site, plus any taxes and fees that are applicable.

The current prices, charges, fees, and availability of all Offering features are subject to change without prior notice. With or without prior notice, we reserve the right to restrict or cancel any purchase, to refuse any order made by you, and to limit the availability of any product, commodity, service, or program.

Additional terms, conditions, policies, and disclosures may occur for specific Offerings. We retain the authority to place a restriction on the quantity of a specific product or your order.

The pricing relevant to your order will be those effective on the date the order was submitted. If a product or service is priced incorrectly due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders for offerings listed at the erroneous price upon notifying you, regardless of whether the transaction has been confirmed. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with any SATYASHAM product purchased directly from SATYASHAM or SATYASHAM Independent Distributor, you may return it within 30 days from the receipted dated of purchase for a full refund or product exchange.

This guarantee is limited as it is subject to of these Terms of Use and (ii) to the terms of any specific warranty(ies) attached to or packaged together with certain products. This guarantee does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused.

In the event that your distributorship is cancelled for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund for all unopened products that were purchased within the 12 months prior to the date of cancellation for Independent Distributors.

SATYASHAM holds the exclusive right to change these Terms of Use and any other part of the Site at any time and for any reason. Any changes will take effect thirty (30) days after we send you notice or post the change on the Site. If you keep using the Site after changes have been made, you agree to receive any updates and changes that Herbalife makes to the Terms of Use. You must stop using the Site if you don't agree to any changes to these Terms of Use.

Our Privacy Policy covers the personal information we get from the Site. By using the Site, you agree that your access is subject to these Terms of Use and that you have read our Privacy Policy. You also agree that we and our service providers may use session replay/screen capture technology to track how you use and navigate the Site in real time.
